Thomas J. Scannell

Tom Scannell is a staunch advocate who focuses on delivering successful, prompt and efficient results. He has extensive trial, arbitration and mediation experience and a broad litigation practice in which he handles a variety of commercial disputes. Tom focuses on all aspects of civil trial practice before state and federal courts in Massachusetts with an emphasis on business and construction disputes, commercial real estate disputes, including landlord and tenant issues, and insurance defense.
